These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 150vip online gaming platform, including all associated content, features, functionality and services made available at https://150vip.cam (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 150vip ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

150vip is an English-language online gaming information and service platform targeting users in Pakistan. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the Platform, regardless of their location within Pakistan — whether in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or elsewhere.

By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Your use of the Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform. Where you are registering an Account on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms are binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. This Platform is strictly prohibited for use by minors.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of any Platform content;
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party;
• Systematically retrieve data or content from the Platform to create or compile any collection, compilation, database or directory;
• Use any automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar technologies to access the Platform;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform;
• Transmit or upload any harmful, malicious or disruptive code, virus or other technology that may damage the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the provisions below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any other point of interaction with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any other activity intended to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity;
• Impersonating any other person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity, age or location;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software errors or undocumented features of the Platform ("bug abuse");
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gambling tools, self-exclusion orders or account restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or members of the Platform's support team.

From time to time, the Operator may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional benefits (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The Operator supports various payment methods, subject to availability and applicable compliance requirements. Familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers to institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for contextual familiarity only. The Operator does not represent or warrant that any specific payment provider endorses, supports or facilitates gambling transactions. The Operator is required to verify the identity and age of users in accordance with applicable compliance obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with the verification process and to provide accurate and authentic documentation upon request.

• Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport. The document must be current, unaltered and clearly legible.
• Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the past three months.
• A selfie or liveness verification may be requested to confirm that you are the genuine holder of the submitted documents.
• You must never submit altered, obscured, falsified or expired documents. Submission of fraudulent documentation is a serious offence and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and potential referral to relevant authorities.
• All documents must be submitted exclusively through the Operator's secure HTTPS-encrypted verification portal. Never send identity documents via email, chat or any third-party application.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of 150vip or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display or commercial exploitation of the Content without the prior written consent of 150vip is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

The Platform provides access to a range of responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion facilities. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and incorporated.
