How Data Is Collected

We collect personal data through a variety of mechanisms, some direct and some automated:

  • Direct Interactions: Data you provide when registering an account, completing your profile, submitting KYC documents, contacting support, responding to surveys or entering promotions.
  • Automated Technologies: Data collected automatically when you access the Platform, including cookies, web beacons, server logs and similar tracking technologies that record technical and usage data.
  • Third-Party Sources: Data obtained from identity verification providers, fraud detection services, payment processors and, where applicable, credit reference agencies for the purpose of AML compliance and fraud prevention.
  • Payment Transactions: When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal, our payment processing partners — which may include integrations with payment rails familiar to Pakistani users such as bank transfer services — provide transaction confirmation data to complete the financial record in your account.
05

Data Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes. Each purpose is tied to a lawful basis as described in Section 6 of this Policy.

5.1 — Account Management

To create, maintain and administer your user account, including processing registration information, managing account preferences and facilitating login sessions.

5.2 — Identity & Age Verification (KYC)

To verify your identity, confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement (18 years or higher where the operator/license jurisdiction requires) and comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Verification may involve the processing of government-issued identity documents such as a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport.

To process deposit and withdrawal transactions, maintain accurate financial records, detect and prevent fraudulent transactions and comply with applicable financial regulations.

To monitor account activity for suspicious behaviour, prevent unauthorised access, detect and investigate potential fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity, and protect the integrity of the Platform.

5.5 — Responsible Gambling

To monitor gameplay patterns and detect indicators of problem gambling behaviour, enforce self-exclusion orders and account restrictions, and comply with responsible gambling obligations under applicable licensing requirements.

5.6 — Customer Support

To respond to support enquiries, process complaints, manage disputes and maintain records of communications for quality assurance and training purposes.

Where you have provided explicit consent, to send you promotional communications about bonuses, new games, Platform updates and relevant offers. You may withdraw consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

5.8 — Platform Improvement & Analytics

To analyse usage patterns, measure feature performance, identify technical issues and improve the overall user experience of the Platform using aggregated and anonymised data where possible.

5.9 — Legal & Regulatory Compliance

To comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from competent authorities, enforce our Terms & Conditions and protect the legal rights of the Operator.

07

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances. We may, however, share your data with the following categories of recipients where necessary and in accordance with this Policy:

  • Payment Processors: To facilitate deposit and withdrawal transactions. Payment processors receive only the data strictly necessary to complete financial transactions.
  • Identity Verification Providers: To conduct KYC checks and verify the authenticity of identity documents submitted through our secure verification portal.
  • Fraud Prevention Services: Third-party services that assist in detecting and preventing fraudulent activity, money laundering and other illegal conduct on the Platform.
  • Technology Partners: Platform hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers and software vendors who process data on our behalf under written data processing agreements and are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
  • Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities: Where required by applicable law, court order or lawful request from a competent governmental or regulatory authority.
  • Professional Advisors: Legal counsel, auditors and compliance advisors, subject to professional obligations of confidentiality.

All third-party Data Processors engaged by 150vip are subject to written data processing agreements that restrict their use of your personal data to the specific processing activities for which they have been engaged, in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

08

International Data Transfers

As an online platform serving users across Pakistan and operating with technology partners based in various countries, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in or processed in jurisdictions outside Pakistan. Where such transfers occur, we take steps to ensure that your data is afforded an appropriate level of protection, including through the use of contractual safeguards, data processing agreements and the application of technical and organisational security measures.

If you have questions about the specific safeguards in place for international data transfers, please contact our support team at [email protected].

09

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations. The following general retention principles apply:

  • Active Accounts: Personal data is retained for the duration of your active account relationship with 150vip, plus any additional period required by applicable law following account closure.
  • Financial & Transaction Records: Financial records, deposit and withdrawal histories and transaction data are typically retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with applicable AML and financial record-keeping obligations.
  • KYC Documents: Identity verification documents are retained for the period required by applicable compliance regulations, which commonly extends for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later.
  • Support Communications: Customer support correspondence is retained for a period sufficient to resolve ongoing disputes and meet quality assurance requirements, typically up to three (3) years.
  • Marketing Data: Where consent has been given for marketing communications, data is retained until consent is withdrawn or becomes clearly stale.

Upon expiry of the relevant retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data deletion procedures.

10

User Rights

Subject to applicable law and certain exceptions where processing is required for legal compliance or legitimate interests, you hold the following rights in relation to your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected] with a clear description of your request and sufficient information to verify your identity.

Right of Access

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, together with information about the purposes of processing, the categories of data processed, the recipients of your data and the applicable retention periods.

Right to Rectification

You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. Where feasible, please first update your information directly through your account settings.

Right to Erasure

You may request the deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where consent has been withdrawn and there is no other lawful basis for processing, or where the data has been processed unlawfully. This right is subject to overriding legal obligations — for example, we may be required to retain financial records for statutory periods notwithstanding an erasure request.

Right to Restriction of Processing

You may request that we temporarily restrict our processing of your data — for example, while the accuracy of data is being contested, or pending the outcome of an objection to processing.

Right to Data Portability

Where processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to request that we transmit that data to another data controller where technically feasible.

Right to Object

You have the right to object to processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes. Where you object to direct marketing, we will cease processing your data for that purpose promptly.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. You may withdraw marketing consent through your account settings or by contacting support.

We will respond to rights requests within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days. Where a request is complex or voluminous, this period may be extended, and we will inform you accordingly.

11

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to facilitate core functionality, improve performance and (where you have consented) deliver relevant content and analyse usage patterns.

  • Essential Cookies: Necessary for the Platform to function correctly, including session management, security tokens and preference storage. These cookies cannot be disabled without impacting core Platform functionality.
  • Performance & Analytics Cookies: Used to collect aggregated, anonymised information about how visitors use the Platform, enabling us to identify performance issues and improve the user experience. Consent-based where required by applicable law.
  • Functional Cookies: Allow the Platform to remember your preferences (such as language settings) and provide enhanced, personalised features.
  • Marketing Cookies: Used to track browsing behaviour across sessions for the purpose of delivering relevant promotional content. Deployed only where you have provided explicit consent.

You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings or through the cookie consent mechanism on the Platform. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the availability or performance of Platform features.

12

Security Measures

150vip implements a range of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or disclosure. These measures include:

  • Industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our Platform;
  • Encrypted storage of sensitive personal data and financial records at rest;
  • Access controls restricting internal access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis;
  • Regular security assessments and vulnerability testing of the Platform infrastructure;
  • Two-factor authentication options for user accounts to prevent unauthorised access;
  • Staff training on data protection obligations and information security procedures.

Notwithstanding these measures, no data transmission over the internet or data storage system is completely immune to security risk. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and the relevant supervisory authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Never share your password, one-time passcodes or security questions with any person. Contact support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been compromised.

13

Minors

The Platform is strictly intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

Where we become aware that personal data has been provided by a minor — whether through registration, KYC submission or any other means — we will immediately suspend the associated account and take steps to delete the personal data in question, subject to any overriding legal retention obligations.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on or provided personal data to the Platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. Please note that being 18+ does not make gambling legally permitted in Pakistan. Local laws may restrict or prohibit gambling.

14

Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain references to third-party services, including payment providers. Please note that 150vip does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their privacy practices. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah on this Platform are made as familiar Pakistani payment context only and do not imply that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling services on this Platform.

When you interact with any third-party payment service or provider in connection with your use of the Platform, your data will be processed by that third party in accordance with their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy documentation of any third-party service you use.

15

Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised with each update.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes to this Policy — for example, through an account notification or email — where technically feasible. However, it remains your responsibility to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of how we protect your personal data. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
